Bianco & Rosso

Bianco & Rosso is the first house of vermouth in Hong Kong. On the menu, expect a wide selection of vermouths, fortified wines, spritz, amaro, and bitters, and a cocktail menu with vermouth highballs, spritzers, and seasonal cocktails. The dining side is based on European fare led by Chef Ban Jee Min formerly from Le Petit Maison, he created incredibly bold pasta dishes alongside his infamous Three Yellow Chicken with Vermouth sauce and B&R Signature Cheesecake.
