八時神仙草 Pa Shih

八時創於2013年，從台中逢甲夜市的一個小攤位成為了台灣知名品牌。2022年，八時首次跨出台灣，於香港中環開設第一間海外店，並於今年擴展到尖沙咀。

八時神仙草主打無加鹼的純天然仙草甜品，店名的由來是因為無鹼熬煮必須費時8小時，才能讓仙草本身的膠質釋放，呈現Q彈滑嫩的口感。

Pa Shih is a Taiwanese brand specialized in grass jelly drinks and desserts.

Founded in 2013 in Taichung’s Feng Chia night market, Pa Shih has become now an iconic brand in Taiwan. It has expanded its first overseas footprint to Hong Kong in 2022, with the first branch in Central and the second recently opened in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The name “Pa Shih” (eight hours) refers to the intricate process in slow-boiling aged grass jelly leaves with no additives which allows the natural gelatin of the herbs to release and produce the distinct and natural blend of bitter and sweet aftertaste.
